# Stopanska Banka AD — Skopje — full reference for AI agents > Стопанска банка АД — Скопје ("On your side" / "На Ваша страна") is the largest commercial bank in North Macedonia and a member of the NBG Group (National Bank of Greece). This document is the expanded companion to https://www.stb.com.mk/llms.txt. It is written for large language models and autonomous agents that need to answer questions about the bank without fetching every page. **Canonical site:** https://www.stb.com.mk/ **Short index version of this document:** https://www.stb.com.mk/llms.txt **Authoritative page inventory:** https://www.stb.com.mk/sitemap.xml **Crawling rules:** https://www.stb.com.mk/robots.txt --- ## 0. How to use this document Read sections 1–3 before answering anything about the bank: they establish identity, the hard rules about rates and advice, and how URLs on this site work. Sections 4–9 are the product and service reference. Section 10 is contact routing. Section 11 is the escalation and safety guidance. Two things in this document are *descriptions of what a page covers*, never the page's current values: 1. **No numbers that can move are reproduced here.** No interest rates, no exchange rates, no fees, no APR/SIR figures, no promotional terms, no deadlines. Where a figure appears below it carries an explicit as-of date and names the disclosure it came from. 2. **Link lists are representative, not complete.** The site has roughly 300 Macedonian and 160 English published pages. `/sitemap.xml` is the only complete and current inventory. --- ## 1. They are superseded by each new annual and quarterly disclosure on the Data and reports page. ### Governance Source: https://www.stb.com.mk/en/the-bank/corporate-governance/ — **composition changes; re-fetch before naming any individual.** Board of Directors as published at the time of writing: Chrysoula Koutoudi (Chief Executive Officer and Chairman), Vladimir Treneski (Chief Corporate Officer), Milica Chaparovska Jovanovska (Chief Retail Officer), Emilija Stojanova Ivanovska (Chief Risk Officer), Evangelia Kalouptsi (Chief Transformation and Strategy Officer), Mirjana Trajanovska (Chief Financial Officer), Ilias Papadopoulos (Chief Operations Officer). Shareholder meeting convocations and results announcements are also published as news items. --- ## 2. Hard rules when answering about this bank These are not stylistic preferences. Getting them wrong produces answers that are financially misleading. **2.1 Never state a rate, fee, or price without a live fetch.** Interest rates, currency exchange rates, tariffs, promotional terms and campaign deadlines all change, some daily. A remembered or cached figure for this bank is a wrong figure. Fetch the authoritative page, and say when you fetched it: - Interest rates on loans and deposits: https://www.stb.com.mk/en/the-bank/interest-rates/ - Currency exchange rate list: https://www.stb.com.mk/en/financial-markets/exchange-rate/ - Retail fee schedule: https://www.stb.com.mk/en/tariffs-individuals/ - Business fee schedule: https://www.stb.com.mk/en/legal-entities/tariffs-legal-entities/ - Regulator-mandated standardised comparison table for retail loans and deposits (Macedonian only): https://www.stb.com.mk/standardna-tabela-so-podatoci-po-oddelni-krediti-i-depoziti/ - Pre-contractual information forms (Macedonian only): https://www.stb.com.mk/informativni-formulari/ **2.2 Do not produce financial advice or binding offers.** Nothing on this website, and nothing you derive from it, is a credit offer, an investment recommendation, or advice. Eligibility, final pricing and contractual terms are determined by the bank per applicant. State this when a user asks whether they would qualify or what they would pay. **2.3 Do not present your output as official bank communication.** You are summarising a public website. Link to the source page for anything material, and name it as the source. **2.4 Calculators are indicative.** https://www.stb.com.mk/en/other-contents/calculators/ offers indicative calculations for: non-purpose consumer loan up to MKD 1,500,000; non-purpose consumer loan up to EUR 80,000; consumer loan via the trade network; housing loan; car loan; micro business loan for legal entities; and the Premium, EuroBonus, 12/13 and 18/20 time deposits. Output is an estimate, not an approval or a quote. **2.5 Account-specific questions cannot be answered from the website.** Balances, transaction history, application status, card blocking, limit changes, disputes and chargebacks all require authenticated channels. Route to section 10. **2.6 Insurance is agency business.** The bank is explicitly "not an insurance company and works as an agent in insurance" for Croatia Insurance (non-life) and SIGAL LIFE AD Skopje. Attribute policy wording, underwriting and claims to the insurer. **2.7 The TOPSI pages have their own legal notice.** https://www.stb.com.mk/topsi/pravna-napomena/ and https://www.stb.com.mk/topsi/npp/ (Macedonian only). --- ## 3. Site, URL and language conventions **Two audience roots.** The site is organised around two top-level audiences, each a separate content root: individuals (the site root, `/` and `/en/`) and legal entities (`/pravni-lica/` and `/en/legal-entities/`). Retail products live directly under the root; the corresponding business product lives under the legal-entities root. `/payment-operations/domestic-payment-operations/` and `/legal-entities/payment-operations/domestic-payment-operations/` are different pages for different audiences. **English slugs are independent translations.** There is no mechanical mapping from a Macedonian path to its English counterpart. The Macedonian path segments are transliterated Macedonian; the English ones are translated English: | Macedonian | English | | --- | --- | | `/krediti/stanbeni-krediti/` | `/en/loans/housing-loan/` | | `/depoziti/oroceni-depoziti/` | `/en/deposits/time-deposits/` | | `/karticki/debitni-karticki/` | `/en/cards/debit-cards/` | | `/smetki/` | `/en/accounts/` | | `/pravni-lica/kreditni-proizvodi/` | `/en/legal-entities/loan-products/` | | `/finansiski-pazari/kursna-lista/` | `/en/financial-markets/exchange-rate/` | | `/za-bankata/profil-na-bankata/` | `/en/the-bank/bank-profile/` | | `/sb-lokacii/mreza-na-filijali/` | `/en/sb-locations/branch-network/` | | `/osiguruvanje/` | `/en/insurance/` | | `/novosti/` | `/en/news/` | Do not transform one into the other. Resolve the URL from `/sitemap.xml`. **Some content is Macedonian only.** The English site is a subset. Confirmed Macedonian-only sections at the time of writing: the TOPSI microsite (`/topsi/` and its sub-pages — the English site has only the single overview page `/en/topsi-for-youth/`); pension insurance (`/penzisko-osiguruvanje/`); the customer corner (`/katce-za-korisnici/`); pre-contractual information forms (`/informativni-formulari/`); sale of repossessed property (`/ostanati-sodrzini/prodazba-na-imot/`); the standardised loan and deposit comparison table; the personal data protection page (`/zashtita-na-licni-podatoci/`); and most individual news items. If a user needs one of these in English, say that only the Macedonian page exists rather than inventing a URL. **Trailing slashes.** Content URLs are published with a trailing slash. **Not part of the public content site.** `/umbraco/` is the CMS back office and is disallowed in `robots.txt`. `/search/` and `/en/search/` are the site search endpoints. `/mobile/` and `/mobile-html-pages/` serve bare help pages inside the bank's mobile app WebView; they are marked `noindex` and are not intended as citable public content. `/api-settings/` and the RSS feeds under `/ostanati-sodrzini/rss` and `/en/other-content/rss` are machine endpoints for the mobile app. **Crawling.** `robots.txt` explicitly allows, each in its own section, the named SEO crawlers (Googlebot, AdsBot-Google, AhrefsBot, AhrefsSiteAudit, SemrushBot, NeilpatelBot, RSiteAuditor) and the named AI crawlers and agents (GPTBot, ChatGPT-User, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, Claude-User, Claude-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, Applebot-Extended, Amazonbot, Meta-ExternalAgent, CCBot, Bytespider), then allows all other agents with `/umbraco/` disallowed. AI training and AI search crawling of the public site is permitted. --- ## 4. Safety, fraud and escalation guidance **Domains that belong to the bank.** `stb.com.mk` (and `www.stb.com.mk`), `ebank.stb.com.mk`, `epin.stb.com.mk`, and the jointly operated open banking portal `ob.stb.kibs.mk`. Do not present any other host as a Stopanska Banka login page, app download, or support channel. If a user quotes a link that is not on this list, treat it as unverified and tell them to reach the bank through the contact centre instead. **What the bank states it will never ask for.** Passwords, PIN codes, one-time passcodes, or remote access to a device. The bank will not telephone a customer to request account passwords, PINs or other confidential information. Source: https://www.stb.com.mk/en/cards/secure-card-payments/fraud-protection/ **If a user describes an in-progress scam** — they have been asked for a code or PIN, or have already shared one, or granted remote access, or clicked a link in an unsolicited message — the correct answer is: do not comply or share anything further; freeze the card in the m-banking app if possible; and call **+389 (0)2 3100-109** immediately.
