Diomidis Nikoletopoulos 

SHORT BIO

• Work experience in Stopanska Banka: since 2009
  
• Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Stopanska Banka since 2013. Previously he held the position of Chief Retail, Financial and Operations Officer at SB from 2009 to 2013. Before joining Stopanska Banka, Mr Nikoletopoulos held senior management positions in the banking sector, including Chief Financial Officer of renowned Greek banks such as Eurobank, Aspis Bank, and Laiki Bank. He had previously built a career at the renowned audit company KPMG where he had worked as an auditor for 10 years.
• Mr Nikoletopoulos holds a Master's degree in marketing management from the University of Derby - England and holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Economics and Business - Greece.

Milica Chaparovska – Jovanovska

SHORT BIO

• Decades worth of experience in the financial sector
• Work experience in Stopanska Banka: since 1990
• Chief Retail Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Stopanska Banka since 2013. Prior to joining the SB management team, she had successfully built her career at various positions in Stopanska Banka, including Retail Banking Division Manager and Product Management Division Manager.
• Ms Chaparovska-Jovanovska holds a Bachelor's degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University - Skopje and she is an MBA candidate at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Ljubljana - Slovenia.
• Membership in other boards and organizations: Supervisory Board member of Stopanska Leasing DOOEL Skopje (since December 2021).

Bojan Stojanoski

 SHORT BIO

• Work experience in the financial sector: 20 years
• Work experience in SB: since 2020
  
• Chief Risk Officer and Board of Directors member of SB since 2020. Prior to joining SB management team, he successfully enhanced his career in Halk Bank AD Skopje on significant positions, including Credit Division Manager, Financial Management and Planning Division Manager, Non-performing Loans Management Division Manager, Treasury Division Manager and Marketing and Sales Department Manager. Previously, he built his career in KB First Pension Company AD Skopje as a Board of Directors member and a Second General Manager.
• Mr. Stojanoski has a Masters degree candidate at the Institute of Economics at the Faculty of Economics at Ss. Cyril and Methodius – Skopje.

Evangelia Kalouptsi

• Her NBG career began in 2000 and since 2009 she has been a Senior Country Executive, part of the International Division,
  working with NBG subsidiaries in Turkey, Malta, Cyprus, Romania and North Macedonia, focusing on Stopanska banka since 2015. 
• Ms. Kalouptsi has Master’s in Business Administration from the Golden Gate University San. Francisco, CA (USA) since 2006 and Bachelor Degree from Panteion University of Athens (Greece), International & European Studies since 2001
