TOPSI - BANKING SERVICES FOR YOUNGSTERS BY YOUNGSTERS

When the target group is made up of youngsters age 18-28 that demand open, free communication, that want advice and recommendation by relevant sources, that demand space and the opportunity to express themseleves, that are brave and naturaly individualistic and are over 300.000 than it is a real challenge for a company to try not only to talk to them, but to offer them a set of services that will be appropriate and accepted.

This is why, Stopanska banka AD - Skopje, for its current and future young clients created TOPSI, together with the actors Tino and Atanas - banking services that have the purpose to create an open channel for communication between the Bank and the young population.

TOPSI clients will have access to:
•    transactional account
•    contactless debit card
•    free i-bank services
•    top discounts and deals with the special ID card and also,
•    many more advantages that we will build together

For TOPSI we developed a virtual hub topsi.mk where the Bank will communicate directly with the young population in a fun and casual manner. Thus, the Bank will primarily offer support in understanding the bank services and how to make the most appropriate choice for each individual client. However, the TOPSI presentation will be dominantly performed through the i-bank store, a concept branch that most fits the needs of the youngsters from the banks of the future.

By being available through all chanels and devices (mobiles, phone, PCs, ATMs) and by being present on the social networks and the channels for communication preffered by the young ones, we hope to gain advantage in our strive to become their partner and build together the future banking trends in accordance to their ambitions and potential.

In the coming period, through the voices of Atanas and Tino and our community, we will try to create the first cool bank by organizing various creative challenges for the young generations.
