The Bank celebrated the 75th anniversary with a gala concert

As very few companies on the market can, Stopanska banka celebrated 75 years and not only from its constitution but 75 years of being interwoven into the growth, development, the industrial and the progress in infrastructure of the national economy.

This significant jubilee was the reason for the Bank to organize a Gala concert for its clients and associates. Our top musicians Vlatko Stefanovski and Dzijan Emin prepared a unique experience for the guests, with new orchestrations of well known hits by Vlatko Stefanovski, Mr. Emin conducted the National philharmonic Orchestra.

Mr. Diomidis Nikoletopoulos, Stopanska banka CEO and Mr. Paul Milonas, NBG Group CEO addressed the guests reminiscing about the Bank history and importance for the banking sector and the overall economy and of course shared their plans and prognosis about the perspectives of the country and of the Bank future as part of the Group.

As Mr. Nikoletopoulos said: Stopanska bank is a sound bank with strong fundamentals and excellent performance, a bank with a developed corporate culture, always applying the best practices in corporate governance, prudent in managing the risks and at the same time extrovert and dynamic in doing business. According to Mr. Milonas, Stopanska banka shares the same vision as NBG Group and that is to be the first bank of choice for clients by delivering appropriate advice for them to fulfill their plans and ambitions. Related to the NBG Group position towards the Bank, I can say that we will continue to focus our activities on Stopanska banka in order to make the Bank a regional hub for the Group activities.

The central event was just a part of the activities the Bank will undertake to mark this significant jubilee. The activities that follow accentuate the humane side of the Bank through donations and campaigns that address the modern society issues.
