Reappointment of CEO, Mr. Diomidis Nikoletopoulos, for fourth consecutive mandate

Stopanska Banka AD Skopje is pleased to announce the reappointment of Mr. Diomidis Nikoletopoulos as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors for a fourth consecutive mandate. The reappointment, approved by the Governor of the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia, underscores the Board’s confidence in Mr. Nikoletopoulos’s leadership and his proven track record of delivering strong results.

Since his initial appointment as CEO in 2013, Mr. Nikoletopoulos has successfully guided Stopanska Banka through a period of significant growth and transformation, reinforcing the Bank’s position as a leading financial institution in the country. Under his leadership, the Bank has consistently delivered outstanding performance and achieved its key strategic objectives.

In alignment with the Bank’s commitment to strong governance and sustained success, the Board of Directors has recently expanded, with three new positions created. The final process of appointing the best talents to these roles is underway. The expanded Board, under the continued leadership of Mr. Nikoletopoulos, will ensure consistency and stability in top management, furthering the Bank’s ability to execute its long-term strategy.
