During this pandemic of unseen proportions, as a systemic bank, Stopanska banka AD – Skopje approaches its retail and corporate clients, and with it the economy, with an offer to help overcome the financial effects of the corona-crisis. The offer is valid for clients who maintain business relationship with the Bank.         

Retail clients are offered delayed payment off all matured debt after 29.02.2020 from all loans, credit cards and overdraft for a period of 6 months, until 30.09.2020.

Regarding the corporate clients affected by the crises the Bank introduces debt servicing relief options which vary depending on the nature of the need and will be determined with each corporate client directly.

The relief options for the corporate clients include appropriate adjustments or delay of loans repayment, refinancing options as well as lending support for liquidity purposes.

We ask all our clients to review the details of the offer published on our web site and act on it accordingly. The retail clients that decide to accept the offer SHOULD NOT contact the Bank, as only clients that decide not to accept the offer need to contact us no later than 10.04.2020 by 23:59 via our covid19@stb.com.mk

It is obvious that the measures are significant, however they refer to the ones affected by the crisis, and this is why the Bank is asking all the clients who remain able to continue repaying their obligations to do so. By doing so, they make sure that economic measures undertaken by banks and the state are effective for those in need and, more importantly they contribute to the speedier recovery of the economy after the crisis.
