New year donation to the ObGyn clinics

Stopanska banka AD - Skopje shall use part of the funds intended for the new year representation / gifts for employees, partners and associates for a donation of value to the broader community.
The donation will be intended for the two major ObGyn clinics: the university clinic for ObGyn (GAK) as well as the specialized ObGyn hospital "Mother Theresa" in Chair.

The clinics approached Stopanska banka with a request for donation of so-called kangaroo chairs intended for the primal care of premature born babies that stay for a longer period at the hospitals after birth. The chairs are used for the method of kangaroo care with the mother, a technique of neonatal care with direct skin to skin contact during the hospital stay. This way the baby gets physical and psychological warmth and connection, and experiences testify that preemies treated this way have better regulated body temperature than in incubators.

The donation is a new year gift from Stopanska banka for the smallest and most fragile members of the community, premature babies, as well as their parents who are faced with one of the greatest challenges in their lives.

We want to begin the new year with a good and positive thought, that we have done something meaningful for our community, hoping that the new year will bring more smiles and positivity. This donation is our investment in the future, our contribution for future generations and support for the preemie families. We are happy to be able to contribute to the care of our most fragile members and in the first moments of their birth, a step crucial in their further development.
