The Bank is positioned as a market-maker at the FX market, whereby it offers small margin between buying and selling rates. The dealers at the customer desk quote preferential rates for amounts larger than EUR 3.000 for legal entities and amounts larger than EUR 10,000 for individuals, thus the clients of the Bank receive more favorable prices than the ones stated at the official exchange rate list.
The transactions at the FX market are concluded every business day between 8:30 and 16:00 h. Subject of buying/selling are the currencies quoted at the exchange rate list of the Bank. The orders for buying/selling can be delivered personally, by phone, by fax or by e-mail to all branches of the Bank.
The clients have the opportunity to authorize the Bank to sign the tickets and for transferring the foreign or domestic currencies on their behalf thus saving time.
Legal entities and individuals can also buy and sell foreign currencies over the e-banking and m-banking services of Stopanska Banka AD - Skopje.
